Returns & Exchange Policy

As a small business, every purchase means a lot to us at Almariih Jaipur. While we’re unable to offer returns, we’re happy to assist with exchanges if you’re not completely satisfied. Please email us at almariihjaipur@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help!

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or higher value. Price differences must be paid by the customer.

No exchanges or returns on sale items or customized/made-to-order products.

We offer a credit note valid for 6 months instead of a refund.

Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note

If the product is damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

The damaged item must be returned to our warehouse within one week of receiving approval for exchange.

Shipping costs for returning the item are borne by the customer. Almariih Jaipur will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement.

Exchanges will only be processed once per order.

Credit Notes

If you prefer, we can issue a credit note instead of an exchange.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customized orders, and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items with visible signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

1.Email us at almariihjaipur@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear images of the product.
3.Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
4.Ship the product back to us at your own cost.
5.After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange or issue a credit note within 7-10 business days.
